Job Responsibilities :-

☑️Maintain Sales Team agenda and assist in Planning & Organizing Review Meetings, Conferences, Trade shows, etc.
☑️Prepare PPT presentation material for BU head as per requirement.
☑️Attend meetings and update the minutes, follow up for completion of tasks on time, update status, and publish to relevant members as per periodically agreed timeline.
☑️Publish and maintain the Sales Meeting.
☑️Supports Sales and Marketing Managers by Tracking, Analyzing, and reporting sales information as and when required.
☑️Regular follow-up with the team for the Sales Report.
☑️Compilation and Analysis of Sales Data
☑️Update and Monitor the SFDC
☑️Preparation of MIS Sales Report
☑️Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
☑️Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
☑️Coordinate for the advertising/branding activities within the Team.
